SkaterGirl Officially Massive!!
Our lovely tech team shared with me some interesting news last night: SkaterGirl is HUGE and we’re growing like some kind of crazy beast!! We were stoked earlier in the year when we were getting like 20,000 hits a month, but as you can see from the graph below, since June we have been growing exponentially and last month hit a phenomenal 135,072 hits!! This breaks down into 41,581 unique people!! (see the second graph) To put that in perspective, thats bigger than almost any skateboard magazines subscription, would be enough people to fill an entire football stadium and is actually more people than the population of 18 different countries, including Liechtenstein and Monaco!!
We are so happy and want to say a BIG thank you to all of YOU for reading our stories and watching our videos everyday. We love you. Now go spread the word around the world even more!! Also a special thank you to our new editors: Danni, Imke and Stef. You guys rock the hardest.
Worth mentioning too that there is no bigger collection of girls skateboarding news, videos, pictures, results anywhere on the web as today we stand at 331 posts dating back to April 2001. We also have so many comments posted (currently 822!!!) that more and more sponsors can see how great SkaterGirl is and are offering more and more prizes to get involved!!
